•Sales - eCommerce Marketing - Product Sales Service & Training Support the execution of the marketing strategy and related campaigns across Hilti's customer facing platforms including: planning, targeting, set-up, execution, reporting, and optimization.•Partner with Product and Trade Managers to create digital strategies, content, and tactics in support of business objectives and key marketing programs.•Manage projects from inception through completion.•Work cross-functionally with E-Business and Marketing teams to define the scope of projects, including goals, deliverables, budget management, and success measurement.•Clearly and succinctly communicate all issues, risks, and mitigation strategies in a timely manner to the project team and stakeholders.•Assist in the development of sales & budgetary forecasts on a territorial basis to achieve a balanced distribution of growth responsibility & thus an effective achievement of sales goals.•Used analytical skills to research local market conditions, analyze results, and develop & implement effective strategies.•Evaluates ROI of creative options in order to make financially sound decisions.•Utilized outstanding communication & interpersonal skills to motivate and educate team members and to develop teamwork within and outside of the group.•Conducted stimulating regional meetings that offer salespeople a voice to be heard and an opportunity to learn.•Clearly communicates expectations to team members and then trains & empowers them to take action.•Responsible for 20% growth target for Hilti North America.
