I am a Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the Utility Industry; especially in leading utility design, utility engineering and utility construction. My understanding of market trends, consistently anticipates what clients require. In addition, I have a powerful combination of design and construction skills; and so, know how to guide designers to create plans that will work in field conditions.As a manager, I place a premium on properly preparing team members to do the work while also encouraging autonomy and empowerment. This approach always leads to greater productivity, happier employees and higher retention rates. Finally, my projects have an integral quality to them. I encourage staff to look beyond the scope of immediate work and to anticipate a wider range of conditions. This has added real robustness and resilience in work delivered.
