Some of the more interesting jobs I have been involved with:Gateway Village, Bank of America Critical Infrastructure Chiller Plant - Managed and engineered the controls installation for this project. The job consisted of Trane equipment and controls and required integration with Critical Facilities Monitoring.Telerx Call Center, Kings Mountain, NC Managed and engineered the controls installation for this project. The job consisted of a 60,000 square foot call center and data room. In addition to a Tracer Summit DDC system from Trane, the job also required integration of the Liebert units in the data room into Tracer Summit for remote monitoring and alarming.Spartanburg Regional Hospital, Spartanburg, SC Integrated the existing Tridium R2 system into Tridium AX using Obix. This was part of a project consisting of 18 Operating Rooms, two 40,000 CFM AHU’s, 67 terminal units, a hot water plant, and a chiller plant directly supporting the Operating Rooms. 440 South Church Street, Charlotte, NC Managed, engineered and programmed the controls installation for this project. 440 South Church is a 15 story office building in downtown Charlotte. I integrated the HVAC, power monitoring and lighting controls into a web based control system. Programming was expanded in order to meet LEED requirements.

- Worked as a Senior Systems Analyst on Direct Digital Controls for Building Automation and Control. My duties consisted of installation and programming of automated building control systems for Manufacturing facilities, commercial office buildings and data centers..I was also called upon to troubleshoot and repair existing DDC control systems. I have been the lead technician on several high profile jobs including:BOA Plaza - A 40 story office building in downtown Charlotte, NC. that was up fitted to a state-of-the-art Web based DDC system. Time Warner Data Center - A Critical Systems application monitoring computer room power conditioning and AC equipment.Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools- I migrated the school systems Legacy Automated Logic database to a Web Based System using Automated Logic WebCTRL ,Microsoft Server 2000 and MS SQL Server 2000. This enabled access to the DDC systems of over 80 schools from anywhere on the school system WAN using any computer equipped with Internet Explorer.Wachovia - Managed 40 Critical Systems Installations for Wachovia. The Sites are located from California to New York and are using a web based system using Automated Logic's WebCTRL Software and MySQL database. Currently the system runs on two concurrent servers for redundancy. Both servers generate SNMP alarms to HP Openview. Alarms are then sent to NetCool ,an infrastructure monitoring program

Worked as Technical Service Representative for a company that manufactured PLC and SCADA controlled water pump stations. Projects ranged from controlling Chilled Water plants to a Municipal Pump station capable of pumping 37 Million Gallons a Day. The job consisted of onsite project management and commissioning.

MV Wheeler was an Ocean Going Hopper Dredge. We were tasked with keeping the shipping channel clear in the Mississippi River and the entrance to the Port of Galveston Texas.
