Why Not Me! From the experinces of my life I share the story of HOPE that no matter what, you can change the definition of your life. Through public speaking mentoring and consulting I guide people to the better version of their themselves in their marriage, finances, addiction, and business. Most times its just helping people find that courage to make changes that they don't recognize yet.

Over the 12 years of my tenure we grew from a single 16 bed facility in West Monroe Louisiana to multi site organization that expanded into two regions with a total of 90 beds with three sites offering behavioral services i Northern Louisiana. Our strategy from the onset was to offer services on the continuim of care with detox services all the way to traditional outpatient. I was given this opprtunity with no experince except as someone who had lived on the other side of this fence and a crazy belief of WHY NOT ME! We created a residential treatment program that was eventually ranked #3 by News Week in 2022 for Best Rehabs in Louisiana. My original Executive Leadership Team from 2012 was still intact throughout and I credit the TEAM as the reason for our success. They bought into the Vision and Mission of New Day Recovery and saw people in their destiny and not their history. The real winners from all of this were the people we were blessed to serve in one of the most vulnerable places of ones life.
