I'm thrilled to be helping lead the design and implementation of The Vol Edge, a campus-wide career readiness program built to help all UT students get experience, build their skill set and network, and learn to tell their story to employers and grad schools. As Academic & Professional Development Manager, I oversaw career readiness and advisement efforts for all of the language and translation/localization programs at BYU. I worked one-on-one with students to help them make informed and intentional decisions about building the competencies, skills, and experience they needed to pursue their goals after BYU. I.
