Colorado Glass Specialists specializes in the replacement of windows, insulated glass units, skylights, and shower enclosures. As General Manager for CGS, I oversaw daily operations for both our Denver and Colorado Springs locations. I handled HR duties, purchasing, receiving, accounting, and payroll. In addition to my usual daily duties, I answered phones, responded to leads, scheduled clients, estimated/sold jobs, handled customer service issues, generated reports and maintained solid relationships with vendors and repeat customers. In late 2015, I also assumed the role of head of Denver's shower division. I personally estimated, designed, and sold all showers for the Denver location which just last year amounted to 22% of the Denver locations total revenue.

I was a top salesman in the internet dept. for most of my time at Mazda. I worked upstairs in the business development center (BDC) responding to leads from phone, email, and text. In one month alone, my name was attached to 43 different car deals. I have extensive training in phone sales and setting appointments as well as face to face interactions. I had intensive weekly training on negotiations, accessory sales, as well as rigorous product knowledge When I left, I had more than double the positive reviews than any other salesman.

I was responsible for writing detailed condition reports on incoming vehicles going up for auction. For offsite clients, the auction posts detailed reports listing all specifications, damages, mechanical issues, and hail damage. I took photos, estimated repair costs, detailed all damage, and maintained a zero car queue daily. On auction days, I was also a lane leader and organized the logistics of running and auction.

I was involved in every aspect of the dealership as one of the two founding partners. We started on West Colfax with 10 cars and built up the business to an indoor showroom with over 60 used cars. I handled purchasing, transporting, detailing, listing, selling, title work, etc. I sold my interest in the business in 2010. The business is still up and running and doing very well. They have also added an exotic car rental service and an auto salon.

I was one of two salesmen for this small dealership. I was responsible for posting all advertisements, answering all incoming communications, and helping guests when they arrived. I handled all state paperwork, offered them additional services, and delivered the vehicle.

I assisted all customers in the realms of mobile electronics including but not limited to: cellular phones, GPS navigation, car audio/video and security. I was one of Monster Cables top 100 national salesmen in 2001.
