I can always find a better, faster, more cost-effective way to run your food service operation. My secret? I run your business like I’m the owner. For example, café sales increased 60% over the former operator in my first year, as well as our annual catering volume by 25% to $1.2M. For our annual L.S. Ayres Tearoom event, we doubled sales from the previous year and then increased sales by 20% the following year by increasing efficiency and reducing staff.I really enjoy developing teams.
