• Lead a team of 20+ Customer Engineers in various locations in Ontario, providing them with all necessary training, technical support, and administrative support to meet and often exceed all customer SLA’s, while servicing a wide range of IT products. Sub-divided assigned territory to consolidate Customer Engineers’ service calls, resulting in reduced travel expenses and higher work efficiency.• Provided on site support for Unisys Mainframe customers, EMC Customers, and Network Customers on a 7/24 basis. Delivered complete life cycle support of systems from Install planning and implementation, to ongoing support and eventual transition to a new system, allowing clients to provide superior, uninterrupted service to their customers.• Collaborated with all departments within Unisys on new network implementation projects from start to finish. Met with pre-sales to assist in sizing the work effort and defining the technical effort required. Worked with Project Management teams to develop a SOW and to develop and deliver required training courses for the Customer Engineers, resulting in consistent installations across all customer locations.
