- Lead the development, implementation, and updating of Workforce Management strategy, policies and programs in accordance with Company and/or industry standards that have primacy in each respective business unit to the extent any are applicable. - Responsible for the development, lead and implementation of workforce management practices and oversight of methods of work-order generation for dispatching personnel for preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and customer issues.- Responsible for the supervision of operations associated with yard stores and warehouse operations for the system maintenance group, responsible for inventory control and accountability.- Spearheading the enhancement and modernization of processes, tools and guidelines to improve planning and workforce management.- Develop business driven justifications for capital improvement projects supported by asset and workforce management data. Support the development of annual capital project budget to develop cost estimates, scopes of work, and prioritize projects based on criticality, risk analysis, probability of failure and consequence of failure of system assets. - Member of Company Workforce Management and/or CMMS Governance Committees as applicable to continually enhance and advance the Workforce Management program. Additionally, work in to ensure adoption of Corporate wide Best Practices and strategies. - Working with operations management team, ensure required levels of service are met and key performance indicators (KPI) remain current and complete.
