Serves as the Career Center One-Stop Operator in Middle Georgia. Collaborates with workforce development partners, employers, job seekers, and credentialing agencies to create a pipeline from professional training to employment. Serves as a monitor of partner programs that administer the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program, including instructors, case managers, counselors, administrative staff, and interns. In addition, holds staff, cross training and operational meetings for communication of goals, policies, and procedures. Compiles data reports, provides analysis, dis-aggregation of data, and programmatic forecasting for the Local Workforce Development Board.

Conduct staff/ operational meetings for communication of goals, marketing of events, policies and procedures. Develop and support high-performance, integrated work team management approaches, collaborative based decision making and continuous quality improvement practices. Compile data reports, provide analysis, dis-aggregation of data, and programmatic forecasting for the Workforce Development Board and Middle Georgia Regional Commission.

Consulted with and helped to provide social integration, patient monitoring, systematic instruction and learning opportunities for individuals that need structured support to use resources in the community at large for integration into their daily lives and within their homes. Develop and execute individual service plans for the empowerment for clients we support. Managed the overall administration, supervision and operations of the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank (MGCFB), including but not limited to community outreach, feeding programs, donor engagement, volunteerism, fundraising, public relations, advocacy and day to day business. Led capital campaign raising $1.2 million while managing the design and construction for a 4250 square foot cooler/freezer expansion. Initiated strategic and corporate partnerships to exceed new target populations with school pantries, summer feeding and backpack programs. Increased fresh produce distribution by 75% through partnerships with local growers, corporate retailers and cooperative sharing efforts across the southeast region. Influenced decision makers and developed relationships with elected officials at federal, state and local levels to advocate for policies and actions that support hunger relief.

Coordinate, problem solve and maintain all database information and files of documents, records and communications with 300+ partner agencies, schools and non-profit organizations in 24 counties. Collect receipt of and maintain monthly agency statistics and reports for USDA, GNAP, feeding and backpack programs. Lead and achieved in all special events, promotions and marketing of MGCFB including annual state-wide food drives, volunteer recruitment and fundraising for the purpose of food distributions.
