I lead a team of developers to build the tooling and automation for collaboration solutions.

I provide automation, deployment, and operational consulting for contact center deployments for Cloverhound. I utilize Golang, python, and node.js to extend normal contact center configuration and control for our clients. I use these tools to improve and optimize our internal monitoring system Vigilus, as well as being a resource for client issues when required.

I use Python, Django, redis, mariadb, docker, and debian to architect and develop products for the automated management and testing of contact center implementations. I am deeply familiar with cloud and virtualization technologies, so these products are built with scale and redundancy in mind. I am interested in ML and deep learning and hope to integrate these technologies further into my solutions.

I plan, design , and implement Unified Cisco Contact Center Enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 and Government Organizations. Cisco UCCE utilizes Customer Voice Portal , IPIVR, Cisco Unified SIP Proxy, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager to deliver a customer contact experience that allows for a nuanced understanding of IVR performance and customer metrics.

I implement Cisco Voice solutions for clients in and around the central Florida area, but I have traveled across the US several times over in support of my clients. I am intimately familiar with all aspects of Cisco Unified Communications including: CUCM, UCCX, CME, UCN, Unity, Presence, Telepresence, and all the networking technologies that make it happen.
