I provide automation, deployment, and operational consulting for contact center deployments for Cloverhound. I utilize Golang, python, and node.js to extend normal contact center configuration and control for our clients. I use these tools to improve and optimize our internal monitoring system Vigilus, as well as being a resource for client issues when.

I use Python, Django, redis, mariadb, docker, and debian to architect and develop products for the automated management and testing of contact center implementations. I am deeply familiar with cloud and virtualization technologies, so these products are built with scale and redundancy in mind. I am interested in ML and deep learning and hope to integrate.

I plan, design, and implement Unified Cisco Contact Center Enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 and Government Organizations. Cisco UCCE utilizes Customer Voice Portal, IPIVR, Cisco Unified SIP Proxy, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager to deliver a customer contact experience that allows for a nuanced understanding of IVR performance and customer.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

I implement Cisco Voice solutions for clients in and around the central Florida area, but I have traveled across the US several times over in support of my clients. I am intimately familiar with all aspects of Cisco Unified Communications including: CUCM, UCCX, CME, UCN, Unity, Presence, Telepresence, and all the networking technologies that make it happen.
