Doug is the Vice President of the Telecom Division for the TM Group. In this position he is responsible for both TM Telcomm, Corp., the Nation’s largest Remarketer of AT&T and ATC Trading, Inc., the premier AT&T exclusive Solution Provider. With TM Telcomm, AT&T outsources Sales, Billing, Customer Support to TM Telcomm based upon TM Telcomm’s industry knowledge and commitment to quality service. Because of this synergistic relationship, AT&T provides TM Telcomm with price points unattainable anywhere else in the marketplace on all AT&T Data, Voice and IP services. This relationship allows for the seamless integration of the world’s foremost Network together with the Tier 1 customer service.TM continues to expand its current client base, which includes some of the county’s foremost companies. Needless to say this continued expansion, while providing the utmost attention to client services, is paramount for Doug.At ATC Trading, Doug’s Team leverages AT&T’s foremost Network in tandem with ATC’s deep knowledge of AT&T offerings, process, and a commitment to customer service to assist AT&T Enterprise Clients as well as AT&T Strategic Account Leads in circumnavigating the constantly changing AT&T landscape while ensuring that the client experience remains second to none. ATC is very versed helping its clients implement Data Security strategies, navigate complex Regulatory and Compliance needs, order and track services, manage implementation and lifecycle projects, assist in billing disputes, and so much more.In addition to sales and client growth, Doug manages the day to day operations of TM, ATC and their staff. Doug oversees all facets of the business including strategic planning, pricing, human resource management, service implementation, vendor and indirect channel management, as well as new client acquisition. Under Doug’s leadership TM has increased billing over 35% and has turned ATC into a Nationally recognized AT&T Solution Provider Champion.
