For example at UTMNA I mixed Ocean with a truck pulling a container on two stops to save money on shipping costs. • Cost Reduction: I led a project to change company from Distributors to Manufacturers of Chemicals used in the processes at USMR. • Software Installations: I have led efforts to install SAP B1 and the SRM module in SAP. Transitioned the site from purchasing in MaintiMizer to SRM an SAP bolt on. • Reduced data entry errors 50% initially down to barely measurable amount after launch of SAP B1 by investigating solutions and launching new program using hand-held scanner system. Identified issues with warehouse layout and organizational plan. Initiated changes which reduced time to load trucks from ~2 hours to 55 minutes.• Set up International and Domestic trucking contracts needed for shipping and receiving of Finished Goods and Raw Materials. -
