I am a partner leading EY's US West Region's Consumer Product Market Segment for Tax with over 30 years of experience.Clients I serve range from large multinationals to small domestic companies covering many industries including consumer product manufacturing, retail, energy, construction, engineering, financial services and othersFor many years I focused on international tax structuring, particularly between Australia, Canada and the United States; international mergers and acquisitions; foreign expansion; and US inbound and outbound planning.I have worked in various locations other than in Colorado, including Toronto, Chicago, Columbus, and Phoenix and speak frequently at tax seminars and courses.I am currently active on the Executive Committee of the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts as well as serving as Treasurer. I also serve on the board of Lessons for Life. Additionally I serve as trustee for First Presbyterian Church of Boulder, Colorado. In the past I served as Treasurer for the Phoenix Symphony and as Treasurer for Tri-City Baptist Church in Westminster, Colorado.
