I was responsible for the coordination of installation and de-installation of server hardware across five Chrysler Corporation data centers. All hardware was either installed or de-installed and shipping on time, in accordance to lease schedules during my tenure. I developed a Microsoft Excel database for tracking and reporting on compliance to service requests.

Led and participated a number of diverse global project teams. As the project lead my responsibilities included; conducting project team meetings, managing deliverables, project timing, risk management, change control, maintaining all project documentation and communicating project status to executive sponsors.• Facilitated Project Team meetings consisting of subject matter experts from around the globe• Led global customer requirements gathering sessions, prepared project documentation, managed project timelines for deliverables and communicated project status to sponsors.• Example: Database Harmonization Redefined the structure of 26 global Teamcenter databases, which significantly reduced variation.• Data Sharing Process Harmonization Defined and implemented a comprehensive set of global data sharing rules, database settings across 26 databases, ensuring timely and secure data sharing 24/7.• Led Teamcenter Software application users through Beta and Pre-production validation activities, comprised of several hundred test cases, successfully completed ahead of schedule.• Led Team in the Global Harmonization, Development, Documentation, Communication, and Implementation of Global Teamcenter Engineering Processes.

Supervised multiple engineering design teams consisting of up to 125 Direct and Contract employees• Chassis Design: Supervised chassis design activities on Brake Apply, Accelerator and shift control systems. Responsible for releasing to schedule, interface with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers.• Design Checkers: Supervised Design Room Checking activities for both Body and Chassis design. Managed workload to the design release schedule.• Data Management: Supervised CAD data management activities for Unigraphics and Team Center software from Siemens. Responsible for Data Security, Sharing, Translation and managing database structure.• CAD Mentors: Supervised mentoring activities for Unigraphics and Teamcenter software, conducted user forums, individual assistance, maintained issues list and tracked issues to resolution.• CAD Trainers: Supervised team responsible for all training of employees. Provided New User, Update, Application Specific training as well as user forums and special sessions.• CAD Programmers: Supervised team of CAD programmers responsible for providing Unigraphics productivity tools to the user base that dramatically improved throughput and reduced cost of design.• Supplier Support: Supervised team of SME's responsible forimproving supplier math quality and delivery to schedule. Trained suppliers and engineering personnel in process and developed tracking database.• Deployment Manager: Responsible for all Design and Analysis Hardware and software benchmarking, procurement, validation, deployment and Implementation within Product Engineering.

Responsibilities included the design and packaging of Accelerator, Brake Apply sub-systems for the Chassis design department. Data Manager CADAM / Catia / Unigraphics systems responsible Standards development and implementation, data and access security, Training and Support of users
