Doug is a veteran of the nonprofit sector with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and donor development.He holds a dual role as Executive Partner & Chief Partnership Officer at AmPhil where he focuses on building connections across the nonprofit industry to help clients execute their missions and achieve their strategic objectives.Additionally, he serves as a Senior Fellow for the Center for Civil Society where he hosts panel discussions and provides strategic direction for the Center’s various events, trainings, and publications.Doug is a regular speaker on a range of development-related topics and has led fundraising training and strategy sessions for the American Bible Society, The Philanthropy Roundtable, State Policy Network, Stand Together (previously the Charles Koch Institute), Foundation Center, and CrossFit Foundation.When he’s not working, Doug enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, reading, and serving as a (free) uber driver for his younger boys.
