Created writing standards, procedure documents, and meeting minutes in support of the new Kansas City Airport terminal.

I currently write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and plan documents in support of the impending transition to KCI Airport’s new terminal building.

I built and copy edited forms for Wells Fargo and their clients. This also included the application of database management skills and ADA tagging on PDFs.

I edited large manuals detailing our program interfaces, developed large interactive forms via Adobe LiveCycle (now 'Experience Manager'), and detailed our processes in both procedure documents and Visio workflows. I was given the opportunity to contribute to campaigns and our B2B newsletter via our Marketing department. I also wrote internal and external communications regularly that shared information on pharmaceutical regulations, Medicare rules and important benefits coverage for plan members.

During my tenure at United Country, I served as the lead writer, editor and proofreader for all the company's print, online, radio and tv advertisements. I headed up the creation of copy for all of United Country's publications, direct-mail marketing pieces, magazine articles and the website's numerous regional descriptions. Most of my copy was B2C content that focused on targeted market segments, and I created some B2B content as well. I also produced acclaimed copy that sold multi-million-dollar ranches and homes through the United Marketing Services branch.

In this position, I produced B2B advertising and marketing materials promoting Dri-Eaz’s line of restorative drying machines and products to restoration businesses across America. I single-handedly wrote the 2006 product catalog and multiple print ads, proofread and edited technical copy for Dri-Eaz product manuals, and attended a trade show in Las Vegas to promote the company's machines.

During my time with the University of Missouri-Columbia's Mizzou Annual Fund, I helped develop and execute fundraising campaigns for each of the university's schools and colleges via direct mail and phone solicitations to the alumni. I wrote numerous letters, greeting cards, brochures and other direct-mail projects as well as our phone scripts. I was also responsible for putting the designs for the mailings together in Quark Xpress. My tenure included the creation and first few years of the multi-million-dollar "For All We Call Mizzou" capital campaign, which ultimately generated more than a billion dollars for the university.
