We have a catalog of 30+ kits for easy application to AFOs and other orthotics, prosthetic sockets, custom bracing and bespoke footwear.

Managed the software division of a large commercial and federal services technology company. The software division develops and sells the APPIX middle and back office product suite to the banking and institutional investor market. As Vice President of this division, was responsible for all aspects bringing software to market. • Responsible for the division P&L, developing budgets, financial models and customer pricing.• Went from $0 revenue in the software division to a multi-million diverse revenue base of license fees, software maintenance fees, help desk programs and software installation and customization projects. • Direct all APPIX product and technology development.• Project Manager for complex customer installations including application customizations and custom data interfaces. • Set strategic direction for Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Software Development and Customer Support.

Responsible for Capital.com’s Internet operations including product development, technology, creative, content and webcasting. Reporting to the CEO, the CIO defined product delivery strategy over the Internet and executed the company’s business plan. Highlights included:• Managed the product development team driving business requirements from customers, partners and internal groups. • Developed a customer relationship management (CRM) solution used to filter, analyze and track customers. The CRM solution served as Capital.com’s primary tool for managing the customer deal flow. • Developed sponsorship and advertising revenue programs for Capital.com, CapitalTV and the “Middle Market Newsletter”.• Managed the editorial staff providing daily and weekly content updates for CapitalTV and Capital.com.

Responsible for all E-Commerce, Call Center and Core Processing applications at the nation’s largest Internet-only. Executed customer delivery of products and services across all channels; phone, ATM, and Internet. Responsibilities included:• Management of all application development and maintenance for all customer channels. Managed 20+ person IT staff including the Core Processing, Call Center, ATM and Internet teams. Implemented operational infrastructure to support a 24x7x365 bank.• Lead technology assessment on internal due diligence team for acquisitions and strategic investments, and was a member of the bank’s operating committee.• Primary technical contact for OTS auditors. Managed technology audits, requests from auditors, documentation of key controls.

A member of the Strategic Technology Group, tasked with helping the bank adopt and absorb new technologies, responsibilities included:• Managed the merger of the BankAmerica and NationsBank Internet sites and development groups. • Led East and West Coast development and infrastructure teams (over 40 team members) to build the new Bank of America Internet site, as well as consolidating Internet data centers and development teams to achieve merger-related savings.• Work with individual business units to develop Internet/intranet strategies, business plans and cases. Managed projects for consumer banking (online banking), discount brokerage, private banking, personnel, dealer finance, wholesale/commercial banking and insurance.• Primary contact for Federal Reserve Bank auditors regarding new technology initiatives.

Advised Fortune 500 clients on Internet commerce strategies, Internet technology and played a key role in launching some of the first commercial Internet ventures. Major clients included MCI, GE Information Systems and NationsBank. Major projects:• System testing, quality assurance and sales fulfillment for MarketplaceMCI. • Product development for internetMCI.
