In this time the three vessel that I was responsible for were a 44 m overnight cruise vessel for New Zealand's Bay of Islands accommodating 30 passengers ; a 35 m Passenger ferry for Zanzibar and a 27 m utility support vessel for the Australian oil and gas fields.I was responsible for the smooth running and coordination of the construction of these vessel from start-up through to handover stage adhering to the client's and principals specification. I set-up and monitored the build schedule as well as coordinating purchasing of major items for the vessel based on lead times and build schedule.Typically these projects would overlap each other resulting in two vessels being built concurrently though at different stages of construction and fitout.I collaborated with the clients, statutory authorities, surveyors, equipment suppliers on a regular basis, as well as providing weekly reports to the clients.
