This role requires me to maintain a remote working relationship and knowledge of deals for Enterprise and Commercial level outside sales representatives in the New York Metropolitan area. Involved is a daily use of SalesForce.com for activities including forecasting, pipeline generation, account and opportunity creation and maintenance, contract/agreement creation, and revenue tracking. Other functions include use of individual deal knowledge to provide quotes, updated pricing, contracts, etc. to 3rd party partners and distributors to complete the customer sales process.

The primary role was to build a world class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business at the retail level. Through maximizing sales, effective planning and order-writing, as well as supporting and completing incidental activities such as merchandising, shelving and pricing, I acted as a sales expert to retail stores. I maximized selling opportunities at the retail level, consistent with company programs and strategies to positively influence the sale of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products.

Working as a critical piece of Apple's Retail strategy by completing the supply chain process of getting product into the customer' hands. Responsible for all inventory in the store - products, parts, tools, and supplies. Key focus and competencies are organization, accuracy, communication, and timely completion of inventory critical tasks. This position has allowed me to understand the latest technology Apple has to offer and communicate the benefits and availability of those products to our store team, and more importantly, our customers.

I had the responsibility to introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers. My main focus was generating new leads and building relationships in person, over the phone, and during in-store workshops and events. This focus allowed me to discover customer needs and prepare and present adequate proposals for their business. This collaboration helped build success for my customers by informing and offering a complete suite of sales support options.

I was responsible for a sales territory that required the development and execution of a plan to exceed sales goals. This plan required frequent cold calling upon potential customers in manufacturing, construction, and industrial based accounts. My focus was to build relationships that allowed me to maintain and grow my customer base by selling industrial and construction supplies. Another key focus of these accounts was the ability manage and grow the customer's inventory program by providing excellent customer service.
