Our success includes a number of large claim wins, including $30 million of refunds for corporate income taxes, property taxes and sales taxes. Joined AT&T in 89 as Tax Manager of the Eastern Region for Tax Audits and Legislation. Acheived award for excellence in PA legislative response team for 1992. The following year moved within the company to AT&T Capital Corp. to Research, Planning and audit support. Capital Corp. engaged in an IPO during 1996 and subsequently was sold to pay for spin-off of Lucent and the recapitalization of NCR. Capital was acquired by Nomora Securities, which subsequently sold it to Newcourt. Eventually the Company was acquired by CIT. I departed service from CIT in order to engage in consulting work
