Responsible for Citrix Netscaler load balancers, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Active Directory, and VMware Site Recovery Manager disaster recovery.

Migrated EOL Windows 2000/2003 servers to Windows 2008/2012.

Managed network for the Western District of Arkansas consisting of VMware ESXi, Cisco/HP switches, and Palo Alto firewalls. Managed Active Directory, DHCP and DNS. Was responsible for planning, budgeting, and purchasing automation equipment for the district. Certified level 3 Federal Contracting Officer. Project lead on conversion of PBX system to the Cisco National VoIP system. Also served as Business Owner for Mobile Technologies for the Administrative Office - Office of Probation and Pretrial Services which consisted of formulating the direction for 5,000+ mobile phones within the Probation system.I designed, installed and supported the network at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Charleston, South Carolina.

Resolved all software and hardware problems encountered by the El Dorado federal court, including Judges, their staff, and the United States Probation Office. Managed the districts UNIX system and Integrated Case Management System (ICMS). Setup network infrastructure and servers throughout the district.

Responsible for managing multimillion dollar budget object codes for major oil companies including Amoco, Sunoco, Lion Oil, Marathon Oil, and Chevron. Primary interface between the clients' project manager to setup manpower tracking, material costs, invoicing, and payroll. Directly responsible for setting up job sites and hiring temporary workers. Responsible for overseeing 9 staff through various jobs
