Determining labor, resource, and financial needs of the department. Assisting division managers with budgeting for the department during firm annual budget preparation and overseeing expenditures of department.

We are a client focused firm with a wide range of expertise. MME recently expanded to North Carolina and I am the senior structural engineer for the Charlotte office. Our other locations include Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA.
