Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers, Continious Engineers, Product Engineers and Purchasing personnel to maintain high quality levels for all components manufactured by or for Schneider Electric. Utilize DMAIC approach to problem solving and determining need for tooling updates, replacement tooling and tool quality improvements. Evaluation of tooling and process information including CpK, CP, PpK, PP and gage R&R.

Was responsible for all continuous improvement in the Automech Fabrication area, as well as, in the component Stamping area utilizing DMAIC process fundamentals. Team Leader on Continuous Improvement Team in Automech and Team Leader on Scrap Reduction Team in Automech fabrication area. Preformed RTS activities in both Automech Fabrication and component Stamping areas. Participated on multiple Kaizen Events and Six Sigma projects for SWD on Schneider Electric circuit breakers and UL testing.
