Throughout my changing roles at Ceja, I've honed out my bilingual, analytical, and administrative skills. The use of excel in tandem with Quickbooks was essential when I started out as a bookkeeper. My customer service experience was needed to help out the community navigate through financial and legal matters with other companies and the government.The last year at Ceja I served as the personal assistant to the owner where working as the communications person for the company was the largest need. This included being in charge of all official communications through email or physical mail and document translations for numerous government departments (ES to EN and vise versa).

At Project C.U.R.E. I was in charge of assisting the Executive and Operations Directors of the Nashville warehouse with projects that made it easier for this organization to find more potential partnerships, increase brand awareness, develop more partnerships with with other Nashville institutions, made the warehouse run more efficiently, and assist with everyday office tasks.

As a top-performing AT&T retail rep and did not just focus in showing breadth of products AT&T offers to consumers and businesses, but I focused in offering the best package of products that made sense to as many people as possible. As a person with integrity, I was able to make lasting relationships with costumers, which increased the revenue for the store and positive reviews for my branch.

This was my first foray into the wireless industry. I learnt so much from this job. I used my eagerness to learn new things and love for technology to help a lot of customers and drive up sales for this branch. I'm proud to say that I surpassed the monthly target for all the months I was there.
