Phoenix, Mesa and Tucson Branch Locations all are 2018 Gold Branch level Contenders by achieving operations excellence in 4 categories: Safety Record-OSHA recordable rate, Turn over less than 12%, Parts NPS of greater than 66%, Service NPS greater than 66% and Operating income of 20% Proven results through a strategic growth mindset that has produced $22 Million or 25% growth in revenue over a 6-year period since I took over this role in 2014.Opened a new Cummins Sales and Service location in a new market in Tucson, Arizona in 2017, it turned a profit 6 month ahead of the initial business case projections, where first year revenue was only $700k and the 2018 revenue will be $3.5 MillionIn 2018 my Phoenix location was chosen as 1 of 3 locations out of all of North American branches for the CEO/Chairman Tom Linebarger to visit and conduct a tour and Town Hall Meeting with our employees.

I am responsible for 60 employees at three locations in Phoenix, Mesa and Tucson locations. Additional operational duties include overseeing the field service Mining operations and residence technicians as well.

I worked closely with my assigned Navistar dealers in 5 states region to structure and price commercial truck transactions. I was responsible for each individual dealer’s sales performance and inventory management. I was also responsible to build direct relationships with key customers in my 5 state territories as well as with my Navistar dealers. I was the main liaison between the Navistar (the manufacturer) and the Navistar dealerships in that 5 state region for any and all issues.

I facilitated all dealer sales and operations for 3 Commercial Truck Dealer locations including New/Used Trucks, Rental and Leasing, Parts Sales, Service Sales and Body Shop Sales. I had 8 sales people and 2 administrators that reported directly to me. I was responsible for building and training a sales team from scratch. I also was responsible for operational duties including forecasting, budgeting, tracking our financial performance, driving customer satisfaction as well as participating in the monthly financial statement reviews with executive leadership . My quarterly bonus was based on total dealership performance and profitability.
