Throughout my career, I have effectively managed human, financial, and physical resources, bridging the space between operations and strategy.My professional journey has taken me through various challenging and high-pressure environments. Prior to my current role I served in nine divisions within the Western Australia Police Force, where I gained valuable supervisory, investigative and frontline experiences. Additionally, I have contributed my skills and expertise as a volunteer in the State Emergency Service and in other community roles.
