My primary function was to tender out and monitor fibre optic projects including civil construction, splicing and testing. Ensuring quality of work and completion by specified due dates were integral to my overall performance.

I was a part of a team of technicians who worked to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Technically I monitored my area of coverage for any problems. My main technical tasks were sweep, signal leakage and meeting BP23 specs. I was also expected to monitor and assist jr. technicians with issues they could not resolve.
