Formerly UMA Engineering Ltd. in Mississauga Ontario, it (UMA) became part of AECOM in 2005. Specializing in transportation infrastructure engineering and design in the railway and municiple areas. Areas of expertise included bridge design, bridge rehabilitation design, infrastructure management, inspection, planning, and asset management for a wide variety of clients including the City of Toronto, MTO, GO Transit, the Quebec Railway Corporation, Canadian Pacific, Canadian National, various other short line railways.

A small but dedicated Engineering Firm located in the City of Toronto that specialized in Structural, Civil, and Municiple Engineering. Clients included MTO, GO Transit, City of Toronto, City of Etobicoke, CNR. Projects included everything from building a small dam in Sutton Ontario, to the Port Credit GO Station, to roads, bridges, and transfer stations.
