* The role involves a strong understanding of the products, manufacture and logistics to achieve the customer’s requirements whilst maintaining cost efficiencies within the wider business. * Review and update daily Key Performance Indicators and monitor the Order Bank with the goal to maximize budget targets in partnership with the customer requirements.* Analyse sales data and produce regular internal and external reports for key accounts via interrogation of SAP. * Fundamental to the role is the ability to communicate with a range of end users and customers within the utility industries showing empathy and understanding to their requirements whilst showing a high level of initiative when required. * Handle general enquiries from internal and external UK based or export customers and stakeholders alike. The business is primarily a manufacturer of products to the gas and oil industries, I am responsible for supporting a range of customers effectively responding to technical and commercial enquiries.

* Key member of the internal sales team responsible for managing and processing sales order intake and quotations. * Support external sales team relating to contract reviews, tender negotiation and day to day management of framework agreements.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Director and responsible for an Expeditor, manage inventory of 27,000 parts in 30,000 locations to a total value of £3 million.
