CurrentI've been a Professional Coach for over 25 years. It was 22 years ago I had someone coach me because I was lost in my business. He put me through the paces and helped me define my business and identify that lawyers would become my major target market. Why lawyers? Great lawyers are often not great at business or bringing in business. If they can get out of their own way, they have a huge income potential for themselves. And lawyers usually don’t have anyone to confidentially discuss their own business issues. So, thanks to my coach, I decided 22 years ago to work with lawyers. Since then, I have been building a practice of coaching lawyers to be more successful. Currently, lawyers and other professionals make up a large part of my clientele. For over 23 years, I have also been "saving" executives, employees, and partners, and grooming them for long-term success.
