Strategically lead the effective management of the public facing services of the council including; Highways, Structures and Watercourses - Traffic and Transportation - Parking Services – Waste and Recycling Services – Waste Disposal – Street Scene and Street Cleansing Services – Parks and Open Spaces and Cemeteries – Regulatory and Enforcement Services and Corporate Health and Safety Services - Passenger Transport and SEN Transport - Fleet Management and Maintenance. Responsible for significant budgets delivering both in-house and contracted services and partners from across the Borough to deliver innovative, efficient and effective services to the residents and businesses of Enfield.

At the London Borough of Newham I led on the creation of a local authority trading company and subsequently became the managing director of that company - Public Realm Services Ltd. I have developed successful strategic business plans and financial forecasts for the company . I now lead PRS Ltd as a commercial trading company providing a range of services including maintaining the environment, waste, public spaces, estate, housing and facilities management.

Developing and implementing strategies and policies relating to waste managment, recycling services, street scene and environmental improvements. Development and delivery of enviromental enforcement policies and services. Developing Community and Business engagement to jointly deliver outcomes. Delivery of the City of London Corporation's Road Danger Reduction Plan with partners both internal and external, public private and voluntary sectors.Having strategic lead responsibility for the City's Community Safety Partnership and developing more joint working with Police and other partners to make the City a safer place to live, work and visit. Working with Elected Members and partner agencies in developing more effective and innovative elivery models.

Provide strategic leadership and transformation change across front line services including, Waste Management, Recycling Services, Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance for Parks and Open Spaces, Enforcment and Emmergency Planning. Community Engagement and Local Neighbourhood Services delivery.Housing - Landlords services, Housing Strategy and Homelessness.
