Brewing Lead

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the 1+ million bbl /year brewing department and it's staff of brewers at the Mill Creek facility. Yuengling's largest Pennsylvania brewery. Those responsibilities include providing technical knowledge to support all facets of brewing operations, providing support to brewing operators on an on-call basis during off-shift hours to maintain production, creation and implementation of the weekly brew schedule to maintain production needs, compiling and interpreting data on a daily and weekly basis to determine KPI's and maintain efficiency standards, providing support to Quality and Innovation team in recipe and new product development, coordinating with Quality and Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality standards are met throughout the company, coordinating with contractors and vendors to facilitate project development and completion, participation in TTB and 3rd party audits of processes to maintain governmental and contractual compliance, maintenance and implementation of the inventory control system (FlowMation), Inventory Management and Procurement, Payroll and PTO administration (PayChex/Paylocity), and leading or participating in the hiring, review, and corrective action processes of all direct reports.
