I just celebrated 20 years as a Realtor in Hampton Roads,where did the time go? Getting in to real estate in Virginia Beach in 1995 was very interesting. The MLS was just starting to adopt some type of computer presence, all be it DOS based. Selling real estate was also changing due to buyer representation. Education was as important then as it is today and learning about how to represent a buyer was key. Back then I managed 180 rentals while doing 15 transacitions per year. I left that realm in 2002 and became a managing broker for the next 7 years. The market truly went through some historical changes during that time frame. In June of 2009 I decided that I wanted to participate as a broker and not just a manager. In 2012 we opened Town Real Estate Group and had a blast. In February of 2016 Town Real Estate Group became Redefy Real Estate, and we are very excited about this venture!Specialties: Contractual Agreements, Negotiating, Marketing with Technology
