This role involved the creation of a Growth and Development Team and then leading the team in supporting the strategic direction of Scouts Victoria in the establishment of new groups throughout the State.
- Implemented a new Group growth strategy, based on ‘enabling Young People Across Communities’ program in partnership with the Victorian state government.
- Established strategic relationships with senior representatives in state and local governments, schools, and NGO’s.

This role involved ensuring that the College was well resourced to meet the educational needs of students around e-learning technologies and that the College advanced its strategic direction in relation to new technologies.
- Redesigned the ICT management structure.
- Developed an ICT Strategic Plan, covering all aspects of ICT within the College.
