Responsible for directing the 166-year-old school’s athletics program which includes 13 sports programs and 21 athletic teams. Also responsible for leading the Varsity Basketball Program as Head Coach. Directed fund analytics for over 103 low- income housing tax credit fund partnerships representing over $7 billion in investor capital. In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer, negotiated and structured all fund and general corporate financing needs. Investment Committee member fully responsible for decisions in publicly traded securities, distressed debt, hedge funds, and other investments. Structured and negotiated legal documents for both direct and indirect private equity and real estate investments. Designed and implemented a new series of private equity due diligence tools and materials used to analyze investment opportunities.

Participated in several private equity placements for e-commerce, software, and healthcare clientsraising over $150 million in aggregate. Structured and negotiated engagement letters and term sheets, performed requisite due diligence, valuation analysis, and authored several private placement memoranda. Participated in six initial public offerings for e-commerce and IT service clients raising well over $487 million in aggregate. Managed the sell-side M&A processes for two technology companies that resulted in over $3 million in investment banking fees.
