This work was done maintaining complete confidentiality among RBF staff to ensure no staff knew of the corporate purchase prematurely. Once the sale was made public, Doug coached staff to facilitate their transition into the Michael Baker International management structure and provided extensive training to speed the adoption of the new procedures and software. Doug worked closely with the Finance and HR departments to help migrate Financial and HR data into the Michael Baker systems.
