• As the Senior Systems Engineer covering all Federal customers and opportunities (with broader support in the commercial Mid-Atlantic arena), I worked with C-level and IT Data Center customers and partners in architecting VCE’s Converged Infrastructure Vblock Solutions. As the principal SC supporting Mid-Atlantic and Federal sales, I was engaged in all aspects of the Sales cycle, from initial presentations, requirements gathering, product design and customization to post-sales support. Was the trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers in promoting ServiceNow’s ITSM Value Proposition and implementing its SaaS Solution.

Served as the primary resource for architecture and technology proposition for IBM’s Tivoli ITSM offering for scalability, performance, integration, security and customization.

Served as BMC’s primary Business Service Management specialist and lead technical team member on numerous corporate visits. Responsible for presenting BMC’s unique valueproposition and proposed solution to customers, specifically the Business Service Management solution set, technical architecture, product roadmaps, TCO/ROI, and deployment options.
