Launched in 1998, Sierra Trading Post is an online, brick-and- mortar and catalog retailer of off-price merchandise based in Cheyenne, WY. It offers outdoor recreation, fitness and adventure gearas well as apparel, footwear and home decor. Sierra Trading Post sells merchandise through 16+retail stores, two mailed catalog titles, and a company website. It carries products fromapproximately 3,000 name-brand manufacturers. My primary responsibilities include databaseadministration, data warehouse design and support and C# console apps. I am fully responsible forthe 24/7/365 support of the website and its order management. In addition, I manage a team of 3database developers.Select accomplishments:-Created planning and allocation system using TSQL to automatically distributeproduct to 50 stores based on need. Built numerous scripts to pull and present data,and allocate products to specific channels and locations. Resulted in significantincreases in efficiency and user satisfaction.-Devised backup system for field locations to have instant access to corporatedatabase information even if Internet services went down. Programmed system inC# and flat files, enabling stores to go offline for data without having to connect tothe home office. Increased speed and reliability.

Squarei Technologies provides consulting services for the design, development and deployment ofcost effective business applications. Its major practice areas are three tier distributed Windows™applications, database design, and interactive web applications. While employed, I handled C# andASP.net project development, WPF/Silverlight project development and development in the MVCFramework. In addition, I executed SQL Server Database Administration and project scoping andplanning with customers.Select accomplishments:-Built a custom webpage for homeowner’s associations to manage document and by-laws. Customer was highly satisfied, and years later, solution is still in use.

Startek is a customer engagement business process outsourcing company that focuses on deliveringdeeper client relationships through customer insights and interactions. At Startek, I wasresponsible for using Oracle to analyze business and ASP.net programming. I also performed web-based development for business needs using JavaScript.Select accomplishments:-Designed web-based, call-flow wizards to improve agents’ QA scores.-Served as WildBlue technical department internet resource.
