We have over $2B held in custodial accounts and are very active in raising capital for public and private companies. Our clients include banks, hedge funds, other types of institutions and individuals. On the investment banking side of our business, we work with small to mid-size companies in the US and Emerging Markets, including Latin America. Services include: raising growth capital through underwriting and syndication, merger/acquisitions, financial and corporate advisory, valuations/fairness opinions. Structures include: IPO, APO, registered directs, marketed secondary offerings, PIPE transactions, debt and convertible debt.
