FROM NOVEMBER: JOINING THE RDC GROUP LTD. www.rdcgroup.co.nzFor the past 20 years I have spearheaded a range of transformational programmes and opportunities focused on improving places to enable a better future. This has spanned organisational change, sector wide programmes, policy development, major land use planning and infrastructure planning and delivery. I aim to add value through driving collaborative change programmes. I do this by working with partners to effectively plan, design and deliver complex programmes as part of a wider system approach. This includes building multi-organisation relationships, development of co-investment models to enable delivery of wider partner outcomes and ensuring buy-in to a clear and compelling case for change.Most recently, in my eight years at the NZ Transport Agency I held a variety of roles including leading the implementation of the Business Case Approach for the transport sector, development of the National Land Transport Programme and a variety of transport system planning issues. For the past three years I headed the national $333 million Urban Cycleways Programme on behalf of Government. Through this programme I led a nationwide, system change approach – spanning over 50 partner organisations. I have also held roles in the consultancy sector and have over 10 years of leadership experience in local government in NZ and the UK.My consulting practice focuses on supporting organisations to develop and deliver collaborative cross-partner programmes and complex change projects. My extensive leadership and relationship management experience means I can relate to and influence effectively across all stakeholders as well as build and empower high performing teams to succeed. I am a connector who can enable new ways of working and connections across multiple organisations and understand what is needed to turn strategy into results.
