I am a seasoned people manager, project manager and process improvement specialist who has managed a group of subject matter experts from each region of the world, led hundreds of domestic and international projects, and has optimized business processes, saving millions of dollars.• I recruited, interviewed, hired and managed a group of 8-15 subject matter experts (SMEs) from Germany, Spain, Poland, India and Mexico. I mentored, coached and trained the SMEs on all aspects of the accounting processes. I completed mid-year and annual reviews, and created annual goal setting and development plans.• I was a people manager for 6 years, managing a global team of SMEs who worked on our Plan of Record (PoR) projects. In this manager position, I was overseeing anywhere between 30-50 different projects simultaneously, often serving on the steering committees of the PoR projects.• I provided excellent customer service to my partners and customers. I had over 100 country managers that I supported, along with regional leads from the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. My team addressed and closed over 200 support tickets per month, and provided guidance on the process steps.• I led small and large scoped worldwide projects, working closely with senior management, IT and other cross-functional team leads on project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and ROIs.
