I designed and configured the transaction tax structure, along with the withholding tax requirements for all of Latin America, and also some European and Asia-Pacific countries. I led many process improvement initiatives, saving $10M in VAT recoveries. I mentored and coached lower level employees, and trained them on the SAP tax configurations and processes.
