Delivered Web-based market intelligence analysis reports on the latest developments and releases in carrier business network services daily and weekly. Evaluated competitive standing of vendors, competitors and end-users regarding a single event or trend, by generating multi-perspective assessments within a 48-hour time-frame. Tracked and analyzed all Tier 1 and 2 carriers, as well as many Tier 3 telcos and CLECs, and confirmed data accuracy with the provider before posting reports. Covered the dynamic IP VPN, VoIP, wireless LAN and Carrier Ethernet service markets and all related business segments.
