I manage a large facility that consists of three secure locations. I inspect, coordinate, inform, plan, create policies, and enforce standards within ICD705, DoDM5105.21v2 (other applicable DoDMs), and UL2050. I also update all physical security documentation to include the Pre-Construction FFC, FFC, CSP, DD 254, TEMPEST addendums, Compartmented Area Checklist, Temporary SCIF FFC etc. Through-out the various phases (Design, Construction, and Final) I work in collaboration with various trade personnel, Government Civilians and Military, and other contractors to ensure the processes are adhered to meet the end state of providing a collaborative workspace for various personnel.

Works collaboratively with Construction personnel, Government Civilians, and Contractors to ensure security standards are upheld and the facility is built in accordance with established policies and procedures.

SCIF/SAPCA to ensure it remains in compliance with ICD705.Acquainted with DoDM 5105.21v2, Incorporating Change 1 on April 5, 2018.Inspected the SCIF/SAPCA construction/post-construction to identify deficiencies and reported non-compliance to the foreman/SSO and monitors completion of deficiencies.Investigates security incidents by directive of the SSO.Analyzes adversarial threat systems to create a classified brief for Military personnel to alleviate spillages.

Conducted 2,000 plus investigative interviews involving, Subjects, witnesses such as employers, relatives, and other known associates to obtain facts to obtain the whole person concept. Analyzed over 500 SF-85s and SF-86 applications for clarity, completeness and accuracy. Obtained information and generated 400 plus clear, concise and timely reports for Federal Background Investigations that determine employment and national security clearance suitability. Elicited corroboration from 300 plus professional government agencies and persons including: federal, state, and local courthouses, mental health professionals, financial, and educational institutions. Extensive knowledge of the 13 adjudicative guidelines as it pertains to all levels of security clearances. Maintains/Safeguards highly sensitive PII and PHI according to DCSA’s policies and directives. Independently work from home and work collaboratively with over 100 investigators and reviewers. Conducted over 400 public record searches utilizing various databases to locate witness who would help support national security and public trust background investigations. Interviewed 100 plus individuals with various backgrounds, experiences, and beliefs yet have always conducted myself in a professional manner.

Here I applied analytical thinking to determine what the problem(s) was that resulted in my involvementwhere I would continuously search for information and evidence. Through my involvement I had to apply analytical thinking to pull the right information from the persons I investigated in order to write a report which consisted of the information my Supervisor, Attorney, and Judge needed to make a determination whether abuse/neglect existed. Investigated and documented over forty referrals of child abuse and neglect and made recommendations of services to the families involved. Interviewed witnesses to include: parents, children and other family members and collaborated with Spanish speaking coworkers to speak to non-English speaking individuals. Here I applied critical thinking to identify the problems, determined the degree of harm, danger and risk of future abuse and neglect in order to determine if removal of the child from the home is necessary. Provided intervention/counseling services pertaining to the children and families and use structured developmental tools such as safety assessments and risk assessments. Hosted and took lead on several child family team (CFT) meetings. Collaborated with numerous volunteer services and other professional services to include: city and county police departments and various attorneys and magistrates to aid families’ success in their program. Documented and reported referrals to the Department of Justice and the Child Abuse Central Index.

While conducting the hundreds of investigations, most the time I was alone in the field; every time I hadto critically think about my location and where the best location would be to document those Iinvestigated. I had to analyze projects and tasks to be completed and which person would be best to complete it with the four office personnel to include dozens of nationwide private investigators I was responsible for. Every investigation I had to quickly adapt and change due to the environment. I had to apply analytical thinking to determine whether to stay in the vehicle, get out of the vehicle and follow said person, or where to park to allow for easy escape. Every investigation I had to think creatively with how to blend into my surroundings and location to ensure I wasn’t noticed. I investigated over twenty investigative cases to include compensation claims for potential fraud, infidelity, interviews and stake-outs to determine work compensation fraud. I independently observed, video recorded, pursued and documented activities of dozens of Subject’s with hundreds of hours of surveillance for individuals who claimed injuries from work or personal related accidents. I produced hundreds of professional and fully detail investigative/case reports which outlined detailed activity of the person who was investigated to aid attorney's to fight their case in court. I completed over a one-hundred employment checks and locating other individuals for private cases utilizing dozens of free public databases and numerous private databases to determine eligibility of employment suitability and finding the whereabouts of individuals avoiding child welfare. I signed hundreds of sworn affidavits to validate information obtained and facts of a case.
