• Member of ownership management team overseeing leasing and activation of $18M Harbor Place mixed-use development.• Sourced development's first retail tenant and co-led strategy for $1M investment in restaurant infrastructure.• Liaise with city mayor and Commonwealth's Secretary of Economic Development in positioning state subsidy and city tax incentives for future five-story residential development.• Launched and chair Haverhill Manufacturing Committee, founded to create connections between Ward Hill industrial park and the Greater Boston innovation economy.

• Led operational rollout of company-wide expansion into new cities worldwide. Oversee new market business development strategies and execution, cultivation of in-city partnerships, and all operational aspects of opening new centers. Expansion sites in planning stages include: Philadelphia (2018), Providence, (2019), Warsaw (TBD), et al. • Responsible for performance of existing remote locations including oversight of P&L and management of site operational and sales leadership. Current cities include: St. Louis, MO, Miami, FL, and Rotterdam, NL, totaling +240,000 square feet. Revenues from remote cities in 2017 ~$7M, growth of ~30% from 2016.• Developed internal staffing model for launching centers in new locations and worked across internal teams to assemble points of support to assist core expansion team. Collectively, created systems to provide central support to remote sites in all areas including: hiring and training, finance and accounting, as well as facilities and operations.

• Chosen by CEO to establish CIC’s first expansion location. Responsible for P&L and for building operational, sales and programmatic functions of 120,000 square feet of shared-office and lab space in St. Louis’s Cortex District. • Developed and implemented market strategy to attract clientele ranging from startups and non-profits to investors and corporates. Within first five quarters, achieved full capacity of center with $+3M in annual sales. Clientele exceeded 225 companies and 600 people. Events hosted at CIC St. Louis in its first year exceeded 20,000 attendees. • Established strong partnership ties with Cortex leadership and other key stakeholders in the St. Louis business and university communities. Successfully positioned CIC, evolving from little known outsider to the recognized leader in startup-based space and programming for the entire St. Louis region.• Adapted existing CIC staffing models for a new market, growing the local team to 13 within first two years. Created new practices and standards suitable for remote sites operating in a fast pace, startup environment.

• Reporting to CEO, led CIC’s Sales and Relationship Management Team responsible for approximately $15M in annual revenues and the support of 600 client companies ranging in size from 1 to 175 people. Annual revenues from start of tenure as Director grew ~20% annually from ~$6M to +$15M.• Successfully closed sales with several West Coast companies including: Amazon, Apple, and Adobe. Managed CIC’s relationship with its largest client to date, Google, which grew over four years at CIC from 1 person to ~175 people.• Acting “Secretary of State” representing CIC to all foreign governments, businesses and organizations interested in the CIC model as guide for the development of their own innovation pursuits.• Established CIC’s hiring strategy and recruitment practices. Drove hiring efforts that grew team from approximately 10 employees to more than 50.
