In 1993 Doug Anton with his wife, Carole, founded AEM Consulting Group and have helped a hundred plus companies improve competitiveness and profitability by applying and integrating proven strategies. He has planned and executed the implementation of many projects including; Quality management systems - ISO 9001, 13485, AS9100, ISO 14001, MRP/ERP, Lean Manufacturing/Enterprise. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and did his Industrial Technology masters work at Utah State University. As a High School Industrial Technology teacher at George Whittell High School in Zephyr Cove, Nevada, he prepared students for vocational, technical and professional careers before moving on to the manufacturing industry. Anton went on to work with Black and Decker companies where his 30 years of experience leading performance improvements began. His tenure started with Garden America in Carson City, NV in 1984 and moved to Price Pfister in Sylmar, California. He held diverse management roles in Production, Manufacturing and Facilities Engineering, and even included a stint in Cost Accounting.
