I developed features for the middleware layer which provides a basis for and manages networks of servers hosting Oracle's CGBU products such as Diameter Signaling Router. Additional technology incorporated in middleware includes a C++ back-end providing SOAP-based services. Front end is based on PHP, JavaScript, Zend/Dojo, and the Oracle JET JavaScript library.Technical lead for six month Agile-based project which enabled upgrade of hundreds of heterogeneous Linux-based application servers in parallel, maintaining desired availability per application. Produced LOE, produced mockups, updated specs and online documentation, wrote user stories, mentored team members, set up VM-based test environments, worked with internal customers, wrote code, served as SPOC during product verification.Using Postman, developed server-side PHP code to enable RAML access to functions such as backup and restore. Also wrote client-side JavaScript/REST for two features employing the RAML interface.Developed XML-based configuration tool for import and export of system configuration such as hostnames, topologies, networks, devices, and routes. This tool provided a tenfold reduction in the deployment time of large lab systems. The tool was later incorporated into the RAML-based interface, and it became a key part of Oracle CGBU cloud deployment technologies.Key member of AppWorks software support team, helping internal customers to debug problems and fix lab systems.
