To date this has included updating the new main WordPress website: • updated WordPress version• updated PHP version• replaced theme to make the website more mobile-friendly• created custom "industry served" icons• wrote blog posts regarding industrial scale service• embedded Microsoft Dynamics 365 form in to pages• optimizing page for on-page SEO• adding HTML code to format pages• adding HTML code so links to navigate to specific places on a page. For example, if a word is linked to the glossary, a user is taken directly to where the word is located word in the glossary instead of simply linking to the glossary, and having to scroll through the glossary to find the wordI also updated the ecommerce (Shopify) website to improve UX by:• updating theme to make the website more mobile-friendly, and increase download speed • adding apps to make buying experience easier• adding content to help consumers make an informed buying decisionIn addition to improving the UX, I am removing unnecessary code to make the website more efficient.One of the projects completed to date was the production of a video used to demonstrate some of the features offered by one of Precision Scale's programs, and to give an example of the consultation process provided. This video features the regarding of a Zoom call attended by a manufacturer rep, a Precision Scale Client Advisor, and the client.
