I conducted over 50 user research studies throughout the product lifecycle. In the concept and requirements phase, I utilized contextual research interviews, person-on-the-street interviews, and surveys to determine user needs. In the design and implementation phases, I conducted qualitative usability tests to evaluate conceptual and detailed designs.
