Product manager and platform evangelist for the Vantiv DevHub portal. DevHub which utilizes Apigee (http://apigee.com/) as an API management tool is geared towards the Developer community as well as providing a one way into Vantiv for commerce processing. Responsible for founding concept, building out scoping and validation engine, code samples, portal layout, user experience, normalization of API, brand awareness, API evangelism, hackathons and many other efforts that went into delivering DevHub.

Managed customer certification and deployment to production. Roles included financial industry subject matter expert, technology evangelist, sales engineering, PCI compliance and production support. Enhanced validation tool I developed to meet the Vantiv certification needs. This tool was used as the blueprint for what eventually became the DevHub auto scoping and validation.

Sales engineer responsible for three key areas of the company. Project management, technology expert and sales support. As a sales engineer I work directly with customers to find the best technology fit to meet their business needs. As a technology expert, responsible for managing product updates and technology advances to decrease integration time while simplifying coding complexity. Finally as sales support, work directly on sales team to best inform clients of how our solution will save them time and expense.

* Self Service Integration founding idea. Applied corporate strategy concepts which helped to open new revenue streams in terms of buyers and suppliers and the services Oxlo can provide to each. * Subject mater expert responsible for developing set of certification standards for integrating to Hyundai, VW, Audi, Ford, Auto Origination and VW Credit Inc. Certification standards set the framework for patent pending Oxlo Self Service Integration which allowed me to actively run multiple concurrent projects. * Use of Microsoft Project to accurately predict level of effort based on past project metrics. * Successfully completed Ford certification which is recognized in the industry as one of the most difficult integrations. Reduced time to market for Oxlo customers from nine months to 1.5 month. * Developed processes and framework to provide feedback of Hyundai, VW, Audi, Auto Origination and VW Credit Inc. integrations to fewer than ten minutes. This framework was the foundation for self service integration which reduced response time and provided a portal that customers were able to review and correct tests. * Developed complete set of tools in C# SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 to provide integration consultants with the necessary tools to immediately provide feedback to customer questions. These tools were directly responsible in supporting and improving the quality of integrations.
